David Ong is a registered pharmacist who used to work at Mega Kulim Pharmacy. He obtained his pharmacy degree from the International Medical University. During his extensive experience in community healthcare, he became increasingly aware of the gender bias prevalent in Malaysian healthcare. Recognizing the urgent need for a modernized approach to healthcare, he embarked on a mission to redefine it. Motivated by his vision, David founded Dear Kyra with the primary objective of empowering women to take control of their bodies, particularly in matters of sexual and reproductive health. Dear Kyra aims to equip women with the necessary tools and knowledge, allowing them to make informed decisions on their own terms. Family planning holds a special place in David's heart. He finds great satisfaction in engaging in discussions about contraceptive options, ensuring that each choice aligns with the individual's unique needs. David's ultimate goal is to bridge the gender gap in healthcare and facilitate equal access to health services for all individuals, regardless of their circumstances.

Ng Joyee is a registered pharmacist who enjoys serving the underserved community and currently works at Big Pharmacy. She completed her Bachelor's degree with honours at Monash University. Her compassionate and personalised approach to care helps patients achieve their health goals and ensures their individual needs are met.
